SRX7950445: PacBio Sequel SMRT WGS of Cooinda the Alpine Dingo: blood

Design: Genomic DNA was prepared from 12 ml of fresh blood using the genomic-tip 100/G kit (Qiagen, Hilden, Germany) and supplemental RNase (Astral Scientific, Taren Point, Australia) and proteinase K (NEB, Ipswich, MA, USA) treatment. Isolated gDNA was further purified using AMPure XP beads (Beckman Coulter, Brea, CA, USA). A SMRTbell library (20kb size selection) was sequenced on a PacBio Sequel with 2.0 chemistry, recording 10 h movies.
